It is a professional painting enterprise which can carry on pre-treatment, wet painting and powder coating. It is equipped with advanced technology and precise equipments, i.e. pre-treatment line, powder coating line with mechanical convey system, wet painting line with mechanical convey system, manual painting line. It is facilitated with de-ionized water system and waste water system. We apply the painting tools which enjoy international famous brand i.e. WAGNER¡¢GRACO PRO¡¢SAMES. We are a professional company which provides surface treatment for parts and component and can satisfy the special requirements from customers.

                           Since the implementation of lean production, under the support of leadership of all level and participation of all employees, the work of lean production has been pushed. We adopt the gridding method and spread over the work range from initiated point to comprehensively implement lean production. The production lines are defined by seven areas with responsible persons and specific roles. Through the practice of model team, then spreading overall, the implementation of lean production is secured comprehensively. During the course, the operators accepted the multiple training, who work in seven production lines and four islands i.e. painting line, powder coating line, Dacro line, sandblasting line, liquid pressure printing line, pre-treatment line and grinding line, the implementation secures the cleanness on site, reasonable arrangement of personnel and well operation of equipments which results from the fixed management of working area, standardization of instruction document on site and visible Kanban, all measures are prepared for coming commission. For “good for looking”, we firstly make standard for fixed management, differentiate the area with paints of various colors, locate and label the goods on site respectively, to reach the requirement of “all goods in fixed location and fixed label”. For “good for application” , we adopt standardization management, assort all documents of quality system according to requirements of ISO9000, to meet operators’ actual need on site, standardize the document management on site, to regulate and assort the tools, tooling and instruments related with production, to reach the standardization of hardware facilities. “Good for management” is to collect the information from all aspects, make Kanban in three levels (management Kanban, unit Kanban, processing team Kanban), to comprehensively secure the effective site management.font>
